Want to sleep again....

Today I want to tell you about sleep
Do you know??? we should sleep in 7 or 8 hours perdays.
If we sleep a few hours we can get sicks ....
In facts..
baby should sleep in 18 hours..
1-12 weeks should sleep in14-18 hours..
1-3 years should sleep in12-15 hours...
3-5 years should sleep in 11-13 hours...
5-12 years should sleep in 9-11 hours....
Adolsescent like me should sleep in 9-11 hours...
Adult included old should sleep in 7-8 (+) hours
    And a pregnant woman should sleep as well as 8 (+) hours....
So,,,, sleep is condition of rest experienced in our world....
Sleep also practiced for all mammals and birds...
And  forin most reptiles, amphibians and fish. For humans, other mammals, and many other large animals ever studied - such as fish, birds, ants, and fruit fly - regular sleep is essential for survival. However, the purpose of sleep is not fully clear, but still the central point of a continuing survey......
